Caleb is a graduate of Virginia Tech and transitioned into Fredericksburg Area Director role in 2021. He was on Young Life Staff in King George for 6 years with wife Emily, and together they have 3 kids!. Caleb has a passion for investing in people and excited for his new role in Fredericksburg.

Capernaum Coordinator
Randy experienced Young Life for the first time his freshman year at UMW in 2012. He started leading Capernaum that year and in 2016 was hired to be the Capernaum Coordinator. Randy married Anna in 2018 and together, they have 3 children and two dogs!

Emmanuel's first introduction to Young Life was as a student right here in Fredericksburg at James Monroe. Since graduating high school in 2023, he first became a volunteer leader, and in the fall of 2025 came on staff as a NexGen Leader and serves as the team lead at James Monroe
