Caleb is a graduate of Virginia Tech and traditioned into Fredericksburg Area Director role in 2021. He was on Young Life Staff in King George for 6 years with wife Emily and son Nash (1). Caleb has a passion for investing in people and excited for his new role in Fredericksburg.

Emily is a graduate of Virginia Tech and went on staff after graduation in King George VA. She transited out of the Young Life role to get her nursing degree and has been working as a nurse at Mary Washington Hospital. Emily is very excited to be back in a staff role with Young Life

Kimmie has been on staff for 6 years. She has been the admin for Fredericksburg, North Stafford, and the Old Dominion Region for the past 3 years. A Virginia Tech grad, Kimmie is married to Jackson, and together they have a daughter named Layne (4) and son named Shepard (<1).

Capernaum Coordinator
Randy experienced Young Life for the first time his freshman year at UMW in 2012. He started leading Capernaum that year and in 2016 was hired to be the Capernaum Coordinator. Randy married Anna in 2018 and together, they have two dogs!
